Hi, I’m Kendra Strawbridge.

I’ve always been driven by one thing: making systems better ... whether it’s in technology, manufacturing, or the way people work together. I started my career as an engineer and grew into leadership by building frameworks that actually worked, solving problems that mattered, and helping people reach their potential along the way.

I’m passionate about operational excellence, advanced technology, and leadership development. Over the years, I’ve designed strategies that improved efficiency, cut out waste, and set organizations up for long-term success. But what I’m most proud of isn’t just the processes ... it’s the people. Helping teams grow, coaching future leaders, and creating opportunities for others to thrive is what keeps me moving forward.

I’ve worn a lot of hats .... engineer, professor, mentor, innovator. I’ve taught robotics and embedded systems, published research in systems engineering, and even designed space concepts that competed on a global stage. Every step of the way, I’ve learned that real impact comes from blending innovation with execution and leadership with learning.

Right now, my focus is on sharing what I know to help others accelerate their own growth. Whether it’s building a smarter system, leading a stronger team, or navigating your career path, I believe in giving people the tools and confidence to succeed faster.
